As a business, we are in an exciting growth phase and are looking for a Technical Machine Specialist to join the Brandt Product Support team.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage technical assistance requests from Brandt Service Departments using Case Contact Management System (CCMS) software.
- Develop Brandt Technical Assistance Center (BTAC) Technical Solutions by
- Identifies emerging issues in the field that can generate additional revenue.
- Develops repair procedures for emerging issues, product improvements and warranty work to increase technician efficiencies and increase revenue.
- Identifies Relife and sales opportunities.
- Creates and maintains the Technical Solution database.
- Utilize John Deere Service Advisor Remote
- Monitor alerts received from machines through various software platforms.
- Works closely with Machine Monitoring, Brandt Service times and Proactive Maintenance teams to address equipment abnormalities, quote more efficiently and drive revenue opportunities.
- Follow up on previous recommendations to ensure problem resolution and identify learning opportunities.
- Provide coverage during peak times for Machine Monitoring Specialists
- Other duties may be assigned.

**Position Requirement**:

- Red seal heavy duty technician certificate or equivalent work experience in the industry
- Minimum 5 years service experience recommended.
- Knowledge of Agriculture equipment & dealership service departments
- Ability to filter and correlate the different data source to create an accurate recommendation.
- Understand effective inspection process and equipment lifecycle planning.
- Travel may be required.
