7 July 2023Our client is looking for an experienced HR Advisor for an immediate start to support key management in the organisation. This is a Not-for-Profit training organisation. This is a chance for you to step in, make a difference and broaden your skills in a different environment.

The HR Advisor is responsible for assisting and supporting the design, delivery and implementation of operational people solutions. If you are passionate about working for an organisation that is enhancing & developing peoples careers then this could be a great role for you.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate and appropriate best practice advice, coaching and support all people policies
- Implement policies, procedures, ensuring compliance with employment agreements and legislation
- Assists with the developing and delivering training and development
- Complete general HR administration including preparation of employment agreements and variations, data management and exit interviews
- Maintain employee information within the HRIS system
- Advise and coach people leaders on all employment relations process
- Supporting the wider team
- At least 3 years HR/ER experience
- Experience in delivering HR analytics and metrics creating valuable organisational insights
- Tech savvy, agile and able to navigate the HRIS system
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient MS suite skills and excellent writing skills
- Thorough understanding of HR best practices
- High level of confidentiality and discretion
