**Te whiwhinga mahi | The Opportunity**
Furthermore, the Integration and Delivery function carries responsibility for various elements of PMO functions, spanning from the PMO Centre of Excellence to the actual delivery function within each region.
As the Manager Change and Adoption for the Waipounamu region, you will play a crucial role in driving and managing change initiatives related to the implementation and adoption of data and digital solutions across a variety of healthcare settings. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth transition and successful adoption of these technologies, resulting in improved efficiency, effectiveness, and patient outcomes.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess organisational readiness, develop change strategies, and implement effective change management plans. Additionally, you will work with and through your wider team to actively engage with stakeholders, provide training and support, and monitor the progress of change initiatives.
Working in conjunction with the Planning & Delivery Manager, you will manage the clinical aspects of project/programme delivery and contribute to planning to ensure system design and implementation integrate well with existing systems, clinical processes and workflows.

You are masters of interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging, influencing, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Proven experience, minimum 5 years, in change management roles, preferably in a healthcare or related field
- Familiarity with healthcare compliance, regulations, and quality improvement initiatives is beneficial.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proven experience in leading change management initiatives in complex environments, preferably within the healthcare industry with a proven ability to develop and execute change management plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Ability to analyse complex situations, identify patterns, and develop insights to support decision-making, with an aptitude for data-driven decision-making and experience with measuring and evaluating the impact of change initiatives.
- Solid understanding of data and digital technologies used in healthcare, such as electronic health records (EHR), health information exchange (HIE), telehealth, and data analytics, including familiarity with healthcare data standards, privacy regulations, and security practices.
