Our Sector Digital Channels team are working to expand and improve the digital health landscape in Aotearoa. We are the digital transformation partners enabling modern technology solutions that improve the people and whānau experience through equitable access to varying models of care.
We are the change agent for national programmes and work with our customers and partners to enable equitable access through both digital self-service and assisted channels and to reduce pressure on the workforce through automation and integration. We are product focused and leverage modern platforms, technologies and ways of working to deliver quality, sustainable and cost-effective products and services.
We take pride in leading change that will provide equitable digital solutions for the health of Aotearoa.
**Mōu | About you***
As Manager Change and Adoption, you are a Senior member of the Planning and Delivery leadership team. You hold collective accountability for maintaining and enhancing technology services while implementing and supporting our Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora priorities.
**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
**Essential**:
- A relevant graduate and/or post-graduate qualification.
- Seasoned experience in a similar role in a large and complex organisation.
- Experience in an ICT leadership role with a background in ICT management including working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven change management experience with the ability to influence and negotiate positive outcomes.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in change activities in clinical, consumer and technology facing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, motivate and encourage teams in an environment of change, financial prudence and an increasing level of digital maturity across the organisation.
- Proven relationship building skills and well-developed communication skills.
- Proven ability in managing suppliers and vendors.
- Knowledge and experience using change management tooling.
- Strong financial management of operational budgets.
- Demonstrated intuition and the ability to balance good process with the need to make clear decisions in demanding situations such as. priority service outages.
- Demonstrated ability to work under tight timeframes and manage competing priorities while remaining resilient under pressure.
**Desired**:
- Relevant certification e.g., Certified Change Management Practitioner, Certified Microsoft Adoption Specialist).
- Experience working in the health sector or other Government body.
