Furthermore, the Integration and Delivery function carries responsibility for various elements of PMO functions, spanning from the PMO Centre of Excellence to the actual delivery function within each region.

As our Testing Team Lead, you'll be at the helm of the technical support function, guiding a dedicated team and their activities. You'll also take the reins of the budget allocated to the function, ensuring resources are optimally used to achieve our objectives and support the broader Data and Digital team.

Within the Testing team, you'll find a group of senior/test analysts, each contributing to the greater mission of the Data and Digital department. Your primary goal is to guarantee the delivery of reliable, high-quality software products. This means fostering collaboration, continuously enhancing testing processes, and championing best practices.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | Skills and experience**
- Broad IT experience with at least 7 years in senior roles with solid operational management experience, with experience at team leader or senior staff level of not less than three years, ideally from one or more of government, healthcare, and IT service delivery sectors
- A sound understanding and experience of service delivery principles, business planning and risk management
- Considerable experience in the delivery of testing capability, and in providing guidance and expertise to project teams and Application Support team members on testing methodologies, requirements, and approaches
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management experience
- Previous experience managing, leading, and developing IT staff across operational, change and engagement areas
