Furthermore, the Integration and Delivery function carries responsibility for various elements of PMO functions, spanning from the PMO Centre of Excellence to the actual delivery function within each region.

As the NZePS Change Manager, you will oversee the ongoing enhancements of the New Zealand electronic prescription service (NZePS), ensuring it is fit for purpose, aligns with legislative requirements and supports new ways of working to ensure safer patient care.

You will spearhead the nationwide rollout of NZePS services and support prescribing and dispensing systems to fully participate in the service.

As a key player in the transformation from paper-based systems to paperless dispensing workflows, you'll support innovative models of care and empower pharmacy-led services to ease pressure on primary care.

**Mōu | About you**

You have a wealth of experience in community pharmacy and a deep understanding of hospital pharmacy systems and processes. Your analytical skills, coupled with expertise in legislation, business change, and clinical informatics, truly distinguish you in the field.

You are able to navigate the complex Health IT landscape with confidence and your excellent interpersonal skills allow you to fostering positive relationships.

- A relevant graduate and post-graduate qualification
- Deep understanding of relevant legislation
- Experience working in primary secondary care to ensure an understanding of the needs of the healthcare workforce and their customers.
- Understanding of the contractual and workflow requirements of primary care
- Understanding of the Health IT landscape
- Good interpersonal skills
