About us

The Intelligence Directorate plans and conducts GCSB intelligence activities in accordance with agreed Government policy and requirements, and coordinates SIGINT assets to meet national requirements. The Intelligence Directorate Business Unit (IDBU) works directly with the Deputy Director-General Intelligence to coordinate key business activity and facilitate the directorate's non-operational support functions.

About the role

The Programme Coordinator leads the coordination of directorate wide capabilities, programmes, and initiatives in order to contribute to their successful delivery. This involves all aspects of coordination and governance across multiple programmes, including the delivery of small projects - particularly in response to organisational capability.

About you

You have proven experience in project and/or team coordination, a demonstrated understanding of project management processes and documentation, enthusiasm, self-motivation, a demonstrated innovative approach to problem solving, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. You will bring PRINCE2 or PMP certification to the role, or equivalent work experience.
