Full-time - permanent - Finance admin role available in Porirua

**Your new company**
Your new company has been in business for over 10 years and is growing because of this they are looking to recruit a skilled Finance administrator to join the team.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will play an important role in the team, responsible for financial tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, tracking sales and payroll along with some reporting such as cashflow and projections.

Along with this some of the other tasks include:

- Daily reconciliation using XERO
- Daily tasks such as managing inboxes and filling
- Communicating with stakeholders & suppliers
- Payroll administration using Ipayroll

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will be customer focused with a strong accounting/financial background, who can think outside the box and bring new ideas to the team. Along with this you will need to be deadline driven and have a strong eye for detail.
