Main Accountabilities
- Oversee credit control
- Liaise with industry Managers and customer regarding supply to slow payers to enable continuity of sales
- Open and monitor new accounts. Advice new accounts of our terms and conditions
- Petty cash expense approval and review through Mobile Expenses app.
- Liaise with operations team and provide input to weekly payroll to outsourced service provider.
- Liaise with outsourced payroll service provider to process weekly payroll.
- Work as Data Management Administrator to Azelis
- Administration of company insurance scheme
- FBT and GST returns filling and arranging payment for PAYE.
- Work with shared service center and provide inputs to treasury management system.
- New customer credit checks and trade references
- Any other duties as directed to ensure the smooth administration of finance team
