**Casual Hotel Team Member**

**The Role**:
You will be part of a very busy, tight knit hotel team and will deliver exceptional customer service at the Front and Back of house. Playing your part on the Quality Hotel Lincoln Green team is rewarding & fun. We work hard, we care about what we do & we all make sure we do it to the high standards that our guests love us for. We learn new skills every day, we help each other achieve individual & team targets & we celebrate success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare the service venue including function room, buffet area and back of house set up
- During functions maintain clean, tidy and operational spaces at all times
- Deliver an experience that is valued by customers and builds the Trusts brand
- Post-event dismantle, clean, store and/or dispose of (as appropriate/requested), function items, equipment and furniture
- Report out of date, damaged items, equipment and/or facilities that are not working as soon as practicable
- Clean guest accommodation rooms including bathrooms, bedrooms and windows (as required)
- Clean and restock fridges / mini bars
