This is a full-time, permanent position from Monday to Friday with a minimum of 40 hours guaranteed per week

We are currently seeking to employ an Administrator - Procurement & Logistics Support to our Support Office team based in Mt. Wellington. In this role, you will support the Procurement & Logistics Manager, assist with updating property and vehicle data in Viareport data base, audit schedules, reports and general administration related to procurement activities such as staff discount cards, staff benefit programs, corporate clothing, fuel cards, etc.

About the Role

Carrying out general administrative duties.
Liaising with clothing suppliers, staff discount suppliers, fuel companies for fuel cards.
Monthly update of Viareport on fleet and properties as instructed by Procurement and Logistics Manager.
Reviewing vehicle lease and allowance rates annually with the Chief Financial Officer.
Assist in updating yearly audit schedule for finance administrators and procurement and logistics manager.
Administering speeding fines payments.
Assisting the National Fleet Coordinator in sourcing of vehicles as per the Vehicle Policy, including supporting the National Fleet Coordinator with sustainability requirements relating to fleet.
Setting a personal example on all matters of health and safety, influencing good practice and a strong HSE culture across the business and working towards highly effective worker participation practices.
Understanding and implementing the company health and safety policy and taking reasonable care of own health and safety and the health and safety of others.

About you

A school leaving certificate is required with basic numeracy and sound written and oral English language competence.
A thorough understanding of and competence in relevant software and data base programmes, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Experience in data entry systems (i.e., Codex/SAP)
Effective verbal & written communication skills
Effective relationship building skills.
Attention to detail and confident decision-making ability.
A solid level of problem-solving skills.
