**YOUR ROLE**

As the Administrative Coordinator for our multi-site Contract Logistics operations (based from Wiri), you'll provide essential and broad administrative support to the National Operations Manager, Operations Supervisors and colleagues in the wider team at three sites, to help ensure that we run smoothly day-to-day.**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

Specifically, you will:
- Receive employees, customers, contractors and other visitors to the site, including support for site inductions
- Coordinate, collate and process various information for contractors and employees into our systems (e.g. weekly timesheets, licences, training records, safety data, etc.)
- Invoice processing and accounts payable functions and support for related reporting
- Complete regular and ad-hoc general administrative and office support tasks
- Help develop, maintain, update and share relevant site processes, procedures, and other information.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**- Sound written and verbal communication, time management and customer service skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems, know when to seek advice, suggest solutions or escalate as required
- Bonus: experience working in a warehousing / distribution environment in any capacity.
