**About the role**
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Office Administrator to join our Hamilton based team located at the Waikato Innovation Park on a contract until end of December 2023 at this stage.

This role has free parking available on site and offers a hybrid working pattern (2 x days in the office and 3 x days from home).

You will join a team with a friendly culture where attitude is everything The focus of the role is to ensure that the administration functions of the business are undertaken accurately and efficiently in order to support all other business functions and ensure the smooth running of the business. Daily tasks include;
- Invoicing
- Settlements
- Data entry

**About your experience**
- Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- An ability to pick things up quickly
- Computer skills in MS Word and Excel
