From finance to employment to the environment, this organisation will have a say in it Their Business Support team is seeking a charismatic and motivated Team Administrator to join them in a permanent capacity in their CBD offices.

**Your new role**

The Business Support team is responsible for providing administrative services to Managers and teams to ensure they are supported to deliver their best work.

This will include:

- Managing meeting room bookings
- Arrange domestic travel and accommodation
- Preparing and drafting correspondence
- Coordinating the team induction for new staff, contractors and visitors
- Maintaining team leave charts
- Working collaboratively within and across teams to assist busy periods
