**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute strategies to increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
2. Negotiate with overseas partners and cultivate relationships with potential investors to expand market reach and drive international growth.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective marketing plans aligned with company goals.
4. Utilize market knowledge to identify potential threats from competitors and proactively address them.
5. Identify target customers and markets for our products, and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Generate new leads, craft compelling proposals, and deliver professional presentations to prospective clients.
7. Work closely with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies that drive business success.
8. Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of business expenses.
9. Provide timely and accurate forecasting information to senior management as needed.
10. Train and mentor team members to enhance their sales and marketing skills.
11. Conduct market analysis and research to gather insights on customer preferences and shifts in product demand.
12. Review sales data and market trends to inform the development of new products and the promotion of existing ones.
**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven track record of success in sales management and/or marketing roles, at least 3 years work experience.
3. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
4. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market dynamics and identify growth opportunities.
5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
