Your role will be pivotal in driving sales growth, expanding our market presence, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service and support.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership and Team Management**:
1. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
2. Set clear sales targets, objectives, and KPIs for team members, and monitor performance against these metrics.
3. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
4. Foster collaboration and teamwork within the sales team and across departments to achieve common goals.
**Sales Strategy Development and Implementation**:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
2. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
3. Establish pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales incentives to drive sales performance and customer acquisition.
4. Evaluate sales processes and workflows, identify areas for optimization and improvement, and implement best practices.
**Client Relationship Management**:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retailers, distributors, and corporate partners.
2. Identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Act as a primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries, complaints, or issues, and ensure timely resolution.
4. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to drive engagement and sales opportunities.
**Business Development and Expansion**:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market segments, geographical regions, and distribution channels.
2. Establish partnerships and alliances with complementary businesses, healthcare providers, and wellness organizations to expand market reach.
3. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms of sale with prospective clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
4. Explore innovative sales initiatives, such as e-commerce platforms, affiliate programs, and subscription models, to diversify revenue streams.
**Reporting and Analysis**:
1. Track and analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends using CRM software and other analytical tools.
2. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
3. Use data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement, optimize sales strategies, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
1. Bachelor's or higher degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field.
2. Proven experience in sales management, business improvement, or related field.
3. Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, with a track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
5. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, analytical capabilities, and a keen eye for market trends and opportunities.
6. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales and analytics tools.
