In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for leading the development of our first digital communication strategy and creating and managing exceptional and engaging digital content that reaches a wide audience.

**Mō te tūnga | About the role**
If you are looking for a varied role where no two days are the same and you are equally happy developing strategy and implementing it, this is the perfect role for you. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead implementation of the digital media strategy
- Ensure a relevant, up-to-date, content-rich website that enables visitors to easily find information
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate digital data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Use your extensive knowledge of social media channels and digital media to deliver successful communication and marketing campaigns as well as provide advice to others on their campaigns.
- Work with relevant service providers to ensure the website and intranet are functioning and accessible.
The role sits within the busy communications and engagement team, where bouncing ideas around, pitching in to help out, and willingness to experiment are part of our team DNA. If this sounds like an environment you’d enjoy, we’d love to hear from you.
To be successful in this role you will need a relevant tertiary degree in digital design, marketing or communications and a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a digital communications specialist (or similar).
