We provide specialist behaviour support services to people with disabilities of all ages by working with their families/whanau and support networks. Explore works with a culturally diverse population and is committed to supporting clients in a culturally responsive manner.The key purpose of the Behaviour Specialist role is to deliver quality services based on a positive behaviour support framework which is consistent with our contract obligations with Whaikaha and other providers as required.
