**You'll be providing a high level of administrative support, across all relevant areas of the organisation, to the Chief Executive and National Executive team. You'll be the main contact for a wide range of people internally and externally. You'll also be managing the national membership database (CRM) and providing administrative support for events.**

**Some of your duties**:

- To assist in the management of the Institute as required by the Chief Executive
- Manage all member and sponsor account inquiries
- Participate in operations meetings with the CEO to establish upcoming priorities
- Preparation and management of correspondence, reports and documents
- Preparation & management of correspondence, reports & documents
- Provide support to ensure the smooth delivery of events
- Provide administrative support to the branches
