Join the Wurth New Zealand team as a dynamic Marketing Support Administrator Your main gig? Bringing our marketing materials to life. Imagine orchestrating the printing, prioritisation, and distribution of materials, even coordinating the cool stuff we can't handle in-house. Your key focus? Keeping our promotional materials stocked up and ready to roll, ensuring they reach the right departments in style.

You'll be the master of the print room, making sure it's not just efficient but also the coolest spot in the office. Think organising servicing and repairs, keeping toner and media stocked, and being the mastermind behind cutting-edge sticker labels. And guess what? We want you to unleash your creative side too - dive into content creation and let your ideas flow

As a key player in the Marketing Department, you'll be the go-to person for various tasks. Your backstage pass includes supporting expos, trade shows, and other company events. You're not just a Marketing Support Administrator; you're a crucial member of our marketing ensemble, ensuring the rhythm of our printing operations stays upbeat and dynamic.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Navigate requests for marketing materials - think catalogues, brochures, specials, flyers, and more - and distribute them like confetti across New Zealand.
- Be the event planner extraordinaire by arranging outwork when needed, ensuring it's all approved and cost-effective.
- Keep the party going by tracking and restocking our stash of promotional products.
- Groove with the Marketing Team on various tasks, from social media content creation to other exciting endeavours. Think Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Own the print room - it's your kingdom Keep it tidy, maintain the gear, and ensure it's always ready to roll. Don't forget to stock up on the essentials like toner and media.
- Be the event hype person - assist in the development and execution of trade shows, expos, and other company happenings.
- Maintain a VIP database of our active sales force - because they deserve special treatment.
- Channel your inner innovator - identify opportunities for departmental improvements and help make them happen.
- Spin into action by printing out label requests from our salesforce, making sure our inventory systems are on point.
