**_ About the role_**

Reporting to the CIO, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail orientated Team Leader for our Records Office. This is an existing position within a team of three where you take a role directing and guiding our Records Officers and will be a technical expert within our student, HR and community database “Synergetic”.

The role is all encompassing and deals with a variety of key tasks from enrolment processes and administration to annual returns and community database administration and all correspondence. The position works closely on all Education Outside The Classroom (EOTC) processes. You’ll also process data integrity checks and will be the lead on process improvement suggestions and implementation.

Being a natural leader will see you manage the day-to-day function of the Records Office as a whole and will cover for the team and lend a hand where required as well as deal with any complex issues that arise. You’ll provide training, support and assistance where needed and will document processes that are to be used College wide.

**_ What you’ll bring to the role_**

You’ll have prior managerial experience and highly technical administrative skills. You’ll be able to manage, motivate and direct a small team. You’ll have a variety of IT skills covering Microsoft Excel and proven CRM database experience. You’ll ideally have a background in the education sector and will be an effective communicator both verbally and written.
