- Providing the first point of contact for all rates customer interactions with Waikato Regional Council, managing high volumes daily across the following channels:- RC Rates phone queue
- Face to face at rates counter/reception
- Through any third-party agent
- Online rates customer Web form

- We want someone to deliver excellent customer service and account administration as part of a steady, high performing team.

- You will be keen to grow your experience in administration of customer accounts and local government.

**Mō ngā pūkenga | Qualifications and experience**
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent.
- Customer service, account administration/management and debt collection experience.
- Competent Microsoft office suite skills are required along with being keen to learn new system and processes.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service within an office environment as well as account/business administration experience.
