**Te** **kōwhiringa | The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Business Support Manager - Cranes, your role will include the following:
- Support all aspects of our operational processes which includes maintaining registers relating to cranes, rigging gear and equipment.
- Book cranes and plant for servicing with our preferred suppliers, ensure all documentation is filed accurately and available on our SharePoint site.
- Prepare spread sheets ready for daily billing of crane hire jobs, operator dockets are completed to a high standard and subcontractor’s invoices are received in a timely manner.
- Plant pre checks are completed daily, any defects are recorded accurately and communicated to our Operations Manager.
- Prepare and provide job packs to our customers for all crane hire jobs.
- All mandatory training is completed by our Crane Operators by due dates and provide help where necessary. Be the go-to person who assists them with their everyday needs.
- Electronic Daily Job Records (eDJR’s) are processed in a timely manner ensuring quality checks are done and any leave is recorded accurately.
- Assist in end of month processes including accruals, reporting and cash collection.
- Preparing Toolbox meeting presentations and taking meeting minutes.
- Provide other ad-hoc administrative support duties as required.

- Professional interpersonal skills both verbally and written with the ability to develop strong relationships.
- Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, Excel & SharePoint) with the confidence to pick up new systems quickly.
- A minimum 2 years’ experience providing administration support to a team
- Knowledge of the cranes industry and/or heavy plant (preferable)
- Knowledge of EROAD for Fleet Management and RUC Compliance (desirable)
- Knowledge of JDE for financial tasks (desirable).
