**About The Role**

Provide key coordination and administration support to our Training Advisers in the Dairy sector by ensuring training and customer data is maintained, including customer service support. It is important for the Regional Coordinator to understand the operating style of their Training Advisers, in which you would support 1-3 Training Advisers, to ensure that appropriate administrative support is provided.

Duties for this role will include to:

- Coordinate and manage schedules/calendars
- Support other Regional Coordinators in the pod when required
- Assist Training Advisors to report and monitor learners’ completion rates
- Manage invoices
- Perform administration tasks and office-bound activities
- Maintain training and customer data

This permanent, full-time role (40 hours per week Monday to Friday) is Hub/office-based to provide continuity within the administration function. This role would be based in our Hamilton office in Hamilton East with a laptop and mobile phone to be provided.

**Skills & Experience**

You will ideally have:

- Experience in administration and customer service
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft 365, including data entry
- An ability to re-prioritise and adjust to new circumstances
- Initiative and a process driven mindset
- Pride and responsibility in your outcomes
- Excellent communication, both written and verbally, and relationship building skills

Knowledge about the primary industry is advantageous, but this can be learned on the job with the right attitude.
