On behalf of one of our clients, we're looking for a Workspace Engagement Specialist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall workplace experience.
- Organise events, workshops, and activities for team building and fostering a sense of community.
- Gather and analyse employee feedback to identify areas of improvement and propose relevant strategies.
- Collaborate with facilities and design teams to optimise office layouts and amenities.
- Manage office resources, and facilities to support employees' needs.
- Establish effective communication channels for company news, policies, and events.
- Implement wellness initiatives and programs to support physical and mental well-being.
- Collaborate with vendors for workplace services such as catering, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Collect and analyse data on workplace experience metrics, employee feedback, and engagement.
- Implement and manage workplace technology solutions, such as office management software.
- Foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, promoting awareness and understanding.
- Interact effectively with employees at all levels and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
- Find creative solutions to challenges and contribute to problem-solving efforts.

**Requirements**:

- STEM background.
- Proven experience in employee engagement, workplace management, or similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of multitasking.
- Proficiency in workplace management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of workplace trends and employee experience best practices.

**Salary**: From $30.77 per hour
