**About the role**

We are currently seeking a Logistics Support Administrator. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday. Flexibility in hours will be required from time to time to suit the needs of the business.

In this role you will be responsible for maintaining control of the inventory system at our Auckland site along with
- Entering all domestic and international dispatches
- Coordinating the domestic schedule in line with the Client's expectations, ensuring daily communication is maintained.
- Maintaining track and trace systems to respond to clients queries in a timely manner
- Building a relationship with clients

**Skills & experience**
- Having experience in a packaged consumer goods warehouse is advantageous
- Strong computer literacy
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail
- The right to work in New Zealand (Citizen or Resident)
- Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
