**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the imports depot, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure compliance with MPI, CCA regulations, as well as ATF requirements.
- Implement and maintain best practices for freight management and control.
- Supervise depot staff and provide leadership and guidance to achieve operational goals.
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the maintenance of depot facilities and equipment.
- Monitor and report on depot performance metrics, such as productivity and efficiency.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards in the depot.
- Handling and organizing transport for export and import freight.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for depot staff schedules and timesheets.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy and ensuring accuracy with compliance obligations.
- Follow procedures and communicate effectively with internal and external team.
- Ad-hoc tasks as required by management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in depot or warehouse management, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of MPI and CCA regulations, as well as ATF requirements.
- Cargowise experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse management software.
- A degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
