**Responsibilities**
- Hands on role - paint mixing, preparation and painting in line with site requirements
- Ongoing equipment maintenance - spray equipment/UV & IR lamps/gun-wash machines/colour tools etc
- Monthly Site Audits to identify areas of concern in relation to EHS, process and operations
- Strict adherence to standardized repair process & enforce same with site staff
- On-site & Training Centre Staff training - one on one training, staff assessments and pre-employment assessments

**Skills and Experience**
- 5 years plus hands-on experience within a high-volume vehicle repair environment
- High level of interpersonal & communication skills at all levels of business
- Ability to enforce process is a non-negotiable requirement
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- An ability to understand the market and customer needs
- Understanding of labour productivity and the relationship to overall profitability
