Technical Training Lead

**About the role**
We are looking for a Technical Training Leader to join our Production team, reporting to our Production Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to deliver key training programs to our teams, which include both technical and compliance training. You would be building an annual training program, developing and updating work instructions, and working with SME's to identify training needs based on production requirements, forecast, Quality Events, CAPAs and audit findings.
Creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content is key, as is running train the trainer sessions and preparing our people for their next step. Tracking the teams learning to ensure we are seeing strong results around reducing quality issues and positive feedback from the Supervisors and Team Leaders is a measure of success in this role.
You will also be playing a key role in training new staff that come on board in various production roles.
**What you'll bring**
You will have:
- A strong GMP production background
- Health & Safety oriented
- An ease with training people, including some who do not necessarily have Pharma experience
- Great computer skills (Word, Excel, eQMS)
- Strong planning and organisational skills
We are looking for someone with a basic understanding of the Lean and/or 6-sigma concept, not necessarily an expert at it, who really enjoys training others and imparting their knowledge.
