As our Technical Training Specialist, you will be assisting the Roadservice management team to design, build and deliver training programmes to our automotive frontline staff that will enable them to safely diagnose, advise and provide good learning outcomes to our customers.- Develop and deliver technical training programs- Maintain and update training materials and resources- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops- Liaise with vehicle manufacturers to stay updated on the latest technology- Provide technical support to frontline staff- Contribute to the development of the Road Service Guide

About You | Mōu- Level 4 Automotive Trade Qualification or equivalent with broad experience in all aspects of vehicle fault diagnosis and repair- Ability to design and deliver effective training solutions by having strong presentation and facilitation skills- Ability to adapt training materials to different learning styles- Strong organizational and time management skills- Passion for training and development- A strong Health and safety understanding- Confidence with Microsoft products and technology
