**About the role**
As the Technical Training Manager, you will play a crucial role in cultivating a knowledgeable and proficient sales team, focused on delivering exceptional customer service and building brand loyalty. Your main responsibility will be to coach and develop the CurtainStudio sales team in product knowledge and systems, reducing errors, driving success, and ultimately boosting sales. Regular travel throughout NZ is required.

**Key Responsibilities**
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the product team to stay ahead of the curve with new product releases, and actively contributing to the development and maintenance of training materials. Your duties will include:

- Providing face-to-face and online training for new and current Design Consultants, covering all aspects of window furnishing products.
- Promptly and professionally resolving technical issues related to products and internal systems.
- Maintaining a clear focus on training, sales processes, product knowledge, customer service, and systems.
- Staying updated on product knowledge and sales processes.
- Supporting the training and upskilling of our Window Furnishings retail network.
- Providing insights and information for content creation
- Ensure that accurate information is entered into quoting systems
- Work to mitigate errors and provide error correction advice and training

**You will have**
- Experience in the têxtile industry, with preference given to those experienced in curtain and blind manufacturing.
- A calm demeanour with a natural tendency to help, upskill, and support others.
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Retail or commercial sales experience
