Account Manager

Join our team at Stuff as a **Real Estate Account Manager** and take charge of growing our customer base to increase revenue and profitability. You will play a vital role in building relationships, and driving business growth.
**What will you do?**
- **Manage and expand our customer portfolio**: You'll be responsible for nurturing existing relationships with our Print and Digital customers while actively seeking new opportunities for growth. Your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- **Innovative product and service development**: Collaborate with customers and account directors to create innovative products and services that effectively reach a wide and relevant audience. Your creative mindset will contribute to enhancing our offerings and increasing customer engagement.
- **Strategic planning**: Develop long-term account plans and engagement strategies that anticipate customer needs and exceed expectations. By proactively engaging in the Print and Digital portfolio planning process, you will drive revenue and non-revenue objectives, ensuring success for both our customers and Stuff.
- **Training and support**:Provide training and education to real estate agents, assisting them with the correct collateral and details for their marketing packs. Your expertise and guidance will enable our clients to make the most of our services and achieve their marketing goals effectively.
**What do you need to succeed?**
- **Previous sales experience**: Your proven track record in sales will demonstrate your ability to drive results and exceed targets.
- **Outgoing personality**: Your ability to build relationships and connect with others will be crucial in establishing rapport with our customers and understanding their unique needs.
- **Understanding of the digital media industry**: A solid grasp of the digital media landscape will enable you to navigate trends, leverage opportunities, and stay ahead of the competition.
- **Real estate industry knowledge (beneficial)**: While not essential, familiarity with the real estate industry will give you an advantage in understanding customer requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- **Exceptional communication skills**: Your ability to articulate ideas, negotiate effectively, and present compelling proposals will set you apart.
- **Strong planning and organisational skills**: The fast-paced nature of this role requires meticulous planning, efficient time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
