**The Impact You'll Make;**

Join our dynamic **Paslode Sales Team** in this customer facing role as an Account Manager As a pivotal member of the team your role is to maximise sustainable growth, sales, and profitability of Paslode and Stockade products by maximising representation with our Channel partners whilst building relationships with our end users to educate them about our value proposition and product offering.
The territory covers the wider Wellington region, north to Levin and may require some additional travel to support the business. (No more than 3-4 nights away per month).
**The impact you'll make**:
- Develop strong and effective relationships throughout all levels of a customer's business and have a thorough understanding of the key drivers and opportunities within their business;
- Develop & manage efficient call cycles that ensure appropriate levels of service for all customers;
- Ensures effective ranging & merchandising, provide post-sales support/administration, attends trade shows, identify training needs and delivers training, attends exhibitions and sales meetings as required;
- Monitor, analyses and provides insights into account performance. Leverage analysis to drive identification of gaps/ opportunities and inform business decisions;
- Understand the value of the offer from the perspective of the customer & leverages it as a collective solution (including, inventory & range management, merchandising, marketing, promotion, training, end user engagement etc);
- Develops target customer strategic account plans that optimise growth & delivery of sales targets. Own the implementation and regularly reviews performance in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders;
- Identify and build relationships with end users to support the Paslode/Stockade value prop and drive channel sales
- Perform any other duties or serve in such other capacity as may be determined by the Company management.
**About you**:
- Background in sales, with a local market leader would be beneficial;
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external customer relationships;
- Experience developing & implementing account plans and ability to articulate successful outcomes delivered;
- Intermediate skills in MS Office;
- Excellent oral and written communication including presentation skills;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Flexibility in relation to hours and location of work duties
- i.e. maybe required to travel regionally and start early for Trade events; and
- Motor Vehicle drivers' licence.
