**About the opportunity**

Our Admin team are a true powerhouse. They work together to ensure all our data is accurate, our processes are running smoothly, and our administration is done to the highest level of accuracy. It’s a supportive team who learn from each other and cover each other when needed.

The varying complexity of our clients presents unique opportunities for you to learn about a very diverse range of businesses and how they operate. There is always something new happening which provides plenty of opportunity to develop your skills further.

This full-time permanent role involves:

- AML compliance
- Companies Office updates
- The processing of client financial records
- Travel and catering bookings
- Following up clients to ensure records compliance
- Using our practice management system to create and maintain accurate client data
- Working to deadlines by the frequent re-prioritising of tasks during each day
- Using templates to create documents
- Meeting minutes for our weekly team meetings
- Various administrative duties supporting the office

**About you**

We are looking for an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail. You would also be at an advantage if you have the following:

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Proven ability to be able to juggle and re-prioritise multiple and sometimes complex tasks to meet deadlines.
- Solid experience with Excel including complex formulas such as IF, lookups, and data manipulation techniques.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with no issues picking up a phone
- A background in a consulting environment such as an Accounting practice, Law firm or Real Estate is ideal but not essential.
