**About the Company**:
Our partner provides a service that has a real social impact across New Zealand by delivering community-wide projects bettering the lives of everyday people. They are looking for an experienced and highly professional Executive Assistant to support our CEO in all aspects of their role. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide the CEO with comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including managing their diary, scheduling appointments, and organising travel arrangements.
- Work with the CEO, Chairman, and Directors to ensure an agreed meeting schedule for the year.
- Prepare and coordinate reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assistance with managing Senior Management team diaries, scheduling meetings and ordering catering where required.
- Coordination of Board papers, getting required inputs from all CIP teams and circulating to Directors in a timely manner including support of Board meeting logistics on the day.
- Liaise with stakeholders, both internally and externally, on behalf of the CEO.
- Managing office costs, supplies and facilities
- Managing travel and accommodation requests and bookings for staff and contractors as needed.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the CEO.

**Key Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting a senior executive or CEO.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality documents and reports.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
