Are you an experienced Sprinkler designer or have experience in estimation or sales, and you enjoy dealing with clients and customers?

Reporting to the Operations Manager the Estimator will work with the Project Manager, Passive and Sprinkler installation teams to quote and estimate key Sprinkler projects and work for commercial and residential Sprinkler projects. With extensive knowledge and experience within the team this role will be well supported with ongoing industry training and development. Current Estimator will remain will company for support and mentorship in this role.

Estimator duties include:

- Prepare tender/quotations to customers with client schedules, submit tender documents.
- Collate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Compile detailed requirements for tender: Including, labour rates, project management, supervision, plant and equipment, preliminary and general, margin, preparing tags and clarifications.
- Visit Job site when needed.

**Qualifications**:
Ideally you have experience in the Fire Sprinkler industry, you a team player, detail oriented, have and excellent communications; other key skills you will ideally have include;
- Sound understanding of current codes, regulations and compliance
- Excellent communications and relationship building experience
- Customer and quality focused
