**About the role**:
Our Professional Services team isn’t just about recruiting; they dive deep into our clients’ culture and seamlessly integrate into their recruitment operations. As the manager of this dynamic team, you’ll be at the helm, driving growth and ensuring continued success.
In this leadership role, you’ll forge strong partnerships with Madison’s key clients, helping them achieve their strategic goals. Your positive contributions will not only shape but also elevate our high-performance culture as you mentor and empower a team of specialist recruiters. **Key responsibilities include**:
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a team of experienced recruiters
- Develop & execute strategic plans for you team and the company
- Manage client relationships, nurture key accounts, and expand business opportunities
- Be the go-to expert for questions and escalations
- Attend sales meeting and participate in new initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance systems and processes
**Requirements**:
- Ideally you have previously managed a team, or have mentored/ trained new staff
- Minimum 5 years+ recruitment experience
- Sales experience in recruitment environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A strong business development/sales focus
- Experience presenting to clients or in large team environments
