**Position Overview**:
At Madison Recruitment, we’re excited to be working alongside Miele in the recruitment process for an Assistant Experience Centre Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the Experience Centre, maintaining the highest standards of customer service, and supporting the overall success of the department. As the Assistant Experience Centre Manager, you will work closely with the Experience Centre Manager to lead the team, manage daily operations, and deliver the premium “Miele experience” to every customer.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Experience Centre Manager to oversee day-to-day operations
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service to uphold the Miele brand experience
- Provide leadership and motivation to the Centre team
- Maintain premium visual standards to create an immersive environment
- Work towards achieving performance KPIs set by the Head of Department
- Manage roster scheduling to meet staffing requirements
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge
- Assist with conducting 1-on-1 sessions to support team members’ growth
- Address and resolve problems promptly and independently
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail/store management within a customer-focused environment
- Excellent presentation skills to deliver the Miele Experience
- Understanding of sales processes and related skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and inspire others
- Proven capability to address and resolve problems independently
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
