We are currently looking for a Head of Revenue Growth Management (RGM) to join our Category & RGM Team reporting into our Category & RGM Director. In this role, we are looking for someone to lead our RGM function and embedding our established capabilities to then take us to the next level. With RGM being at the forefront of what we do, there is an exciting pipeline of initiatives that have been resourced to go after and unlock.

In this role you will develop and set our 3Y revenue strategy, review pack price architecture to identify future opportunity, optimise mix and inform portfolio priorities, build upon our promotional optimisation capabilities to maximise ROI, and provide people leadership to your high performing team. This role works in an agile way, flexing across all categories and channels.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  1. Lead development of world-class Revenue Growth Management strategy. Build upon capabilities to be a world class RGM team.
  2. Develop and set our 3Y revenue strategy across portfolio and channels. Cascading the strategy into annual plans that are then executed, reviewed and tracked for future opportunities.
  3. Optimise our price pack architecture. Assess role of pack, and consumer occasions to identify PPA opportunities to unlock new demand in the market.
  4. Mix optimisation, analyse mix effects by SKU to set portfolio priorities and build plans to unlock mix benefits of a range or channel.
  5. Promotion Optimisation, accelerate our adoption of TPO to maximise return on investment through process, tools and automation.
  6. Ensure Revenue is a key growth driver, and provide actionable insights.
  7. Develop and lead high performing teams and champion a high growth culture.

Key to your success will be:

  1. Solid technical expertise in RGM tools & principles, with a deep understanding of category dynamics, trends and competitive sets.
  2. Proven experience in RGM/Pricing or Commercial BP roles.
  3. Strong data and analysis capabilities, with the ability to translate data and insights into easily understandable strategy and plans.
  4. Excellent stakeholder management skillset, being comfortable with challenging conversations and seeking to understand other perspectives.
  5. Strategic mindset, combined with the ability to coach and influence.
