About This Role

As Change Communications Specialist, you'll develop and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with our strategic goals and cultural principles. Your targeted messaging will reach our diverse employees, ensuring everyone is informed, engaged, and onboard with our goals.

Your Responsibilities

  • Gather insights from employees and facilitate dialogue to foster involvement and ownership.
  • Create engaging content for various platforms and act as a change ambassador promoting a culture of openness, collaboration, and trust through storytelling and advocacy.
  • Track the impact and success of these communications and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies.
  • Experience managing communications in a kaupapa Māori environment.
  • Experience in effective employee engagement during significant periods of change.
  • The ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Content creation expertise for various platforms.
  • Strong organisation and project management skills.
