As a Service Delivery Manager, you will ensure that service delivery and SDLC processes are on track for consistently delivering a high level of client service effectively and cost-efficiently. You will also build strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue between departments.

In this Service Delivery Manager role, you can expect to:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions using Java Spring Boot and REST Web Services
  • Managing teams at Onsite and Offshore
  • Recommend improvement methods and see that actions are implemented on time for service delivery upgrades
  • Provide accurate and regular reports to Management on service delivery performance.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project progress and performance identifying and mitigating risks as neede
  • Communicate project status issues and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company standards in all project activities

  • Possess a strong technical background in Java Spring Boot and REST Web Services
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in managing projects within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
  • In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
  • Expertise in people management and leadership
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The capacity to train and guide junior team members.
