About the role:
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be providing support to the sales team and liaising with internal departments and customers to ensure all enquires/orders are delivered in time to meet customer expectations. If you thrive in a customer centric role where no two days are the same, you may be the right fit for this position This is a 12 month fixed term role.
Day to day you will:
- Answering enquiries in a timely manner
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Liaise with internal sales and production teams
- Processing of sales orders for new products and distribution nationwide
- Handling inquiries and providing information and quotes
- Arranging freight and updating customers
- Creating new business accounts
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 2 years of experience in a similar technical customer service or manufacturing industry
- Ability to build rapport with customers quickly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Well-spoken with excellent active listening skills
- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM
