About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled FI Lead Consultant specializing in Asset Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the configuration work in SAP Financial Accounting and Managerial Accounting modules of SAP S4HANA (QM). This role requires a thorough understanding of business processes, integration with other modules, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP Configuration:

  • Lead the configuration work in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO) modules of SAP S4HANA (QM)
  • Design and implement integration processes with other modules, ensuring seamless end-to-end flow of accounting documents

Business Analysis and Requirements Definition:

  • Analyze and define business requirements, processes, and objectives to scope projects and deliverables
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments to design flawless solutions that meet business needs

Functional Specifications and Customizations:

  • Write functional specifications for complex customizations, ensuring that all custom solutions are aligned with business requirements and SAP best practices

Project Management and Delivery:

  • Take responsibility for completing client deliverables according to project timelines
  • Manage project scope, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards

Team Development and Collaboration:

  • Develop and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment
  • Work collaboratively with client teams and other partners in a multi-vendor environment to ensure successful project outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in SAP FI and CO modules, with a focus on SAP S4HANA (QM)
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing integration processes between SAP modules
  • Strong analytical skills to define business requirements and scope project deliverables
  • Experience in writing functional specifications for complex customizations
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-vendor environment

Preferred Skills:

  • SAP certification in Financial Accounting and/or Managerial Accounting
  • Experience in the asset management industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in other SAP modules is a plus
