Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role We are on the hunt for a new Service Delivery Manager to join our Auckland team based in Highbrook.

Reporting through to the Auckland Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our team of internal staff and the relationship with our 3rd party sub-contractor agents.

You'll enable their success by ensuring they receive the right training and knowledge to do their jobs effectively.
You'll support them in terms of compliance around brand and delivery standards.

You'll also be responsible for regular customer, fleet and financial reporting, so knowing your way around Excel will be key.

This role operates during core business hours, Monday to Friday, however ideally, this role would suit someone who is flexible to work a combination of early mornings and late afternoons as the role requires.

Mōu - About you As an experienced people leader, you'll be used to engaging with contractors and the various challenges they can present.

You'll enjoy bringing people on the journey, seeing them thrive and be successful whilst not shying away from at times difficult conversations.


You'll combine this with :
The ability to influence and engage at a variety of levels.
Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Solid commercial acumen, including budgets, financials and analytical skills.
A healthy dose of common sense and logic.

Experience with same day urgent delivery service or another courier business in general would definitely help you hit the ground running in this role.


Either way, you'll need to have good planning and organisational skills and thrive when making good decisions on the fly.
