Portfolio Manager - Internal Enablement

Here's what you'll do in this job:

  • Leading the Internal Enablement portfolio with a focus on delivering outcomes.
  • Leverage LEAN and Agile principles to manage the portfolio from idea through to delivery of value.
  • Lead Portfolio management processes for planning cycles, delivery of work, management of ongoing cost/benefits realisation processes
  • Govern and report the delivery health of initiative with objectivity, accuracy, and transparency.
  • Facilitate the wider leadership team to prioritise and govern portfolio initiatives.
  • Oversee the creation and review of portfolio objectives, metrics, outcomes, and reporting.
  • Improve the portfolio processes collaborating with wider portfolio management community
  • Lead Portfolio delivery/project managers and be a mentor to develop wider delivery management capability.

We need someone who's not just about managing a delivery portfolio but is super passionate about building amazing teams and improving the flow of work.

You'll be the coach and mentor, helping our team members grow and continually be improving their ways of working.

We're all about change and momentum, so we want someone who can clearly communicate our strategic priorities and make things happen.

Experience-wise, we're looking for someone with energy, a deep understanding of delivery methods, and LEAN and Agile principles.

Ideally, you will be a pro at leading people and managing stakeholders—basically, you know how to get stuff done with a smile.

Being organized and detail-oriented is your jam, and you should be highly competent with capital financial management processes.

Communication is key, so if you're great at getting your point across to teams at different levels, we want to hear from you.
