**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing reactive and preventative maintenance for building assets and Manufacturing services such as: boilers and steam supply, refrigeration plant, trade waste plant, air supply, HVAC system
- Identifying opportunities for environmental improvements and creating action plans to address these whilst promoting sustainable practices across various operational areas.
- Conducting routine compliance inspections and maintenance to prolong asset lifespan and minimise asset down time
- Managing external contractors and ensuring they are meeting agreed SLA’s
- Ensuring we are meeting budgets and identifying potential areas of overspend
- Working closely with various departments such as Project team, engineering and support team, operations, and procurement
- Coordinating efforts to achieve and maintain certification requirements.
