**ABOUT THE ROLE
**We have an exciting and challenging position as Regional Operations Manager for our Waikato/King Country region. This role is not for the faint hearted and requires someone with balance of skills between logistics, operations, and sales. Your role works in synergy with the wider regional operations team and local pilots in the King Country & Waikato region.

Your responsibilities will include;

  • Leading the customer experience
  • Developing and maintaining industry and community networks
  • Leading regional growth strategies
  • Providing positive leadership to the regional team members

You will be most suited to the role if you have:

  • A passion for agriculture
  • An ability to meet and discuss with prospects the Super Air Advantage
  • Demonstrable planning and logistics experience
  • Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
  • Base level computer skills
