    We are seeking a skilled and exceptionally organized administrator to collaborate with our client, as they complete multiple large capital projects in the Hamilton area

About you:

As a Construction Project Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks associated with construction projects.

You will have prior experience in a similar role and possess exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

You must have a full car license and a clean criminal record.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating project timelines and schedules
  • Managing project documentation and records
  • Liaising with project stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and suppliers
  • Preparing project reports and presentations
  • Assisting with project budgeting and cost management
  • Facilitating project team meetings

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Prior experience in a construction project administration role
  • A positive attitude towards collaborating and engaging with people
  • The ability to maintain flexibility and prioritise workload under pressure
  • A typing speed of up to 50 WPM
  • A full NZ car license
  • Clean criminal record
