Ko tā mātou mahi - Our Role

This challenging role will provide significant support in managing inbound queries, coordinating activity and updating system records to ensure excellent customer service is maintained and records are accurate.

You will be part of a busy, dedicated team responsible for coordination and oversight of national issues management, resolution activities, information requests and performance reporting across multiple areas at Kāinga Ora.

Key to success in this role will be your ability to be proactive, with a focus on providing high quality, consistent support.

Also, your willingness to contribute to wider programmes in an evolving team culture.

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, Word, Excel, Teams
  • A wealth of experience in providing administrative support, preferably within a large, complex organisation
  • Exceptional time management and selforganisation skills, able to juggle competing demands with the flexibility and agility to adapt to a busy and changing environment
  • You'll have excellent communication skills, especially written, and highlytuned interpersonal skills that will bring you success in relationshipbuilding.
