About The Role:
Information, Data and Business Process Leader
Reporting to the Head of Analytics, Data and Enablement, the Information, Data and Business Process Leader is a key leadership position in the Global Digital Services team.
The Information, Data and Business Process Leader leads a team of Data Analysts, Process Analysts, and Information Specialists responsible for the governance, maintenance and support of:
- Master data management, associated initiatives, and the use of robust tools and technologies, to facilitate and improve master data management and data quality across Zespri.
- Information Architecture and the expansion of the company's use of Data & Information as a strategic enabler of corporate goals and objectives.
- Leading Zespri's approach to Business Process Management which are consistent with the overall goals of Zespri and set standards for global business process excellence.
Accountabilities:
- In conjunction with the Head of Analytics, Data and Enablement set the strategy and roadmap for Data Management, Information Architecture and Business Process.
- Contribute to and participate in relevant governance forums, (e.g. Data Governance/Process Governance Working Group).
- Lead projects in the implementation and use of new software tools and systems.
- Establish, lead and develop the Data Governance Working Group (DGWG) as an integral part of the Data Governance Framework across Zespri.
- Drive consistency and maximise the use of our current tool sets (SAP, Signavio, Celonis, Workflow).
- Facilitate the establishment of process measures and dashboards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 years previous experience in a people management role preferably at a leadership level.
- University degree in the field of business, computer science, information systems, or computer engineering.
- Certification in leading BPM methodologies (ie BPTrends), continuous improvements methodologies (Lean, SixSigma etc), step change innovation methodologies.
- Experience in architecting, designing, implementing and supporting data and information management solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience with demonstrated results in building, designing, purchasing and integrating systems or demonstrated equivalent knowledge.
- Experience writing and facilitating requests for information/proposals.
- A creative thinker who can produce new ideas and a range of solutions to problems encountered.
